Access restriction

One of the most powerful ways to reduce spend is to restrict access to inventory.  The Pro-Vyda completely locks down access, ensuring that only authorised staff can remove parts.  This is achieved by issuing individual access via key fob, swipe card or biometrics.

Automation

Pro-Vyda automates the re-order process.  As soon as inventory is removed from the unit, a replenishment report is automatically generated and issued electronically to Propeller.  The system checks to ensure replenishment is approved and we replenish.

Travel and retrieval time is significantly reduced.  The system comes packed full of features designed to enable your staff to quickly identify the parts they require, retrieve them and get back to their place of work. 

Budget control

As well as restricting access to products, Pro-Vyda offers you the ability to restrict access by budget.  As soon as a budget for an individual, cell or department has been reached, automated alerts are issued to the appropriate manager ensuring budget compliance.

Spend Allocation

In order to accurately analyse spend, you need the ability to apportion that expenditure.  Pro-Vyda offers you the ability to achieve this by automatically allocating withdrawals - from cost centre down six levels to asset.

Pro-Vyda uses the AndroidVMI Business Intelligence suite to collect data and support better business decision-making.  Providing historical, current and predictive views of business operations, it’s the backbone of our technology offer. 

Reducing Incorrect Withdrawals

On occasion a user will need to physically see an item prior to withdrawal.  Traditionally vending technology does not allow the user to do this – they have to physically open a drawer to view.  The problem here is that the system `thinks’ the item has been taken, records the transaction and adjusts stock.  The Pre-view feature of Pro-Vyda enables the user to see the part physically but not take the item.

Calibration and Expiration

Pro-Vyda incorporates expiration, calibration and fixed date criteria against any part.  When an item has reached any of the criteria, the appropriate person is emailed to remove, rotate or consume the part in question ensuring quality. This ensure products contained within the unit not rendered unusable.

Remote Control

The system can be configured and data interrogated remotely from you desktop meaning no wasted time travelling to the unit.  This is particularly useful for organisations who have large sites or multi-plant operations.

Reservations

Especially useful for planned maintenance or engineering activities, parts can be reserved for a specified period of time.  This ensures that when you come to undertake your task, you know the parts will be there.
